What makes more sense?

I often reflect on it being crazy that we need to convince / train / educate / help people get used to to the idea of how their feet were made to be.

That in this day and age we are so conditioned to need cushioning, support, a heel, and a pointy toe.

Same goes for diet, sleep and movement.
Is it slightly whacked that we really need to be told that we need 8 hours sleep, should eat real food and that our bodies are made to move every day, most of the time?

Industrialised society has taken us so far away from how we evolved to function. This has happened in such a short time that our bodies have not physically evolved to cope.

‘Fortunately’ 😬 modern western medicine has ways of patching us up.

It’s not too late. Our system easily remembers how it’s supposed to be treated. It reverts back to optimal functioning easily and willingly.

This is as simple as removing the excess that modern life offers and getting back to basics.
